Nestled among 30 fruit trees on a half-acre lot, the 1923 studio cabin has a large, shaded deck, a kitchenette, its own bathroom with a shower inside, as well as a shared outdoor shower outside. Since it's a free-standing structure, it's private and peaceful, on the same property as the Cazador Yurt (another rental unit) and the farmhouse where I live with my wife, our 2 year-old son, and our friendly Border Collie, Delta. We're a director/producer duo who run a film production company together. We love our neighborhood, Glassell Park, which is home to tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and music venues, the nicest public pool in LA, and several great parks. The lease is limited to 6 months because we are about to undertake a big renovation once our permits are approved by the city. We'd love to find a like-minded person to share this piece of paradise with us, who will appreciate the indoor/outdoor lifestyle that's the best part of living in Los Angeles. Pets are welcome.
