Hey friends, starting in December, we have 1 room available in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on 6th ave and within walking distance (8 min walk) to UPS. Rent is $650, utilities would be split amongst roommates. House has free street parking, central heat, in unit washer/dryer, and a cool backyard. There would be an application you'd have to submit to the property manager, but no income requirement. Our house is home to an 18 pound chonker cat named Fridge. More about me: I travel for work, so I will most likely be gone for more than 6 months out of the year. Doesn't that sound like the best roommate ever? When I am around, I'm in grad school so will mostly be working on that, or I'll be out on some backpacking trip. Let's see if we'd be a good fit! 1 year lease
