Once Sept 2022 arrives you can decide whether you want to renew the lease or not. o Rent includes: pest control, rent service fee, washer and dryer, water heating, sewer, trash, water, and another service fee (via Conservice) o Rent does NOT include: gas, electric, internet, and renters insurance Appliances: washer and dryer, fridge w/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove top w/oven Preferable move-in date is by March 15th but may be negotiable. There are NO RESTRICTIONS on any type of dog or cat breeds at Honeywood Apartments. However, since the apartment is located on the 2nd floor the weight limit of your pet must be 40 LBS or LESS. There is a pet deposit. And then $20 per month for each pet that you own.
