Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. 3rd bedroom is currently set up with a desk that you can use for an office. Lanai is enclosed with sliding screened glass doors. The climate control keeps it nice when it is hot out but lets you open the doors on cooler days. A 65 inch TV is great to watch from the conversational section sofa. A pub eight table let's you enjoy a meal or coffee on the lanai while seeing the palm trees and watching the birds in the water. There is also a desk here to use as an office or enjoy the view while doing any task. The screened patio gives you the option to be outside enjoying the sun or cool evening.
