New stainless appliances including dishwasher. Nice granite kitchen counters. Kitchen looks great. Oak hardwood floors. In unit Washer/Dryer. Great skyline views. I care about the spaces I have created and high attention was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines not too far to orange line EL stop at Halsted. Also, Bridgeport Coffee and Maria's Tavern located a few doors away. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this new space.
