Gym is good, and the building is also a ~5 minute walk to the Hudson Yards Equinox which is the best location in the city. Surrounded by ample food, coffee, and a quick walk to the 7 train, this is a great location. I have lived here for 2+ years and have absolutely loved it. Apartment is currently furnished and I am open to keeping it furnished, some items at cost some for free. Happy to host in person and virtual viewings. I can also keep the apartment furnished for a fee.
