There is a dining room off kitchen , a living room when you first walk-in and a small bathroom with Shower/tub. Beautiful archways throughout apartment. Refrigerator, and electric stove. The landlord pays for the natural gas, electric, garbage & water. This is for a 12 month lease. I will do a shorter lease of 3-6 months but the rent for a shorter lease is 640.00/month Electronic rent payment IS THE ONLY method accepted ( CashApp; Venmo; Apple Pay; or Zelle) there is a pet security deposit fee of 75.00 for a cat; 175.00 for a small dog, Smoking (whether that be cigarettes or weed) is allowed but only in apartment not in public hallway or stairway. MUST! AGAIN THIS IS A MUST TO BE GIVEN A TOUR OF THIS UNIT A ZILLOW APPLICATION WITH CREDIT CHECK FILLED OUT! I will not respond to anyone without a ZILLOW APPLICATION on file with credit report & criminal background. At the signing of the lease the first months rent + Refundable Security deposit is due ( either in cash or paid electronically ) ( if you have a pet that security deposit is also due in cash. ) Also,at the time of lease signing tenant MUST show document of the renters insurance policy ( you can get renters insurance for as little as 8.00 bucks a month. if you're chosen to live in the apartment before we sign a lease if you don't already have it you need renters insurance. Also if you have a pet I will need a copy of the vets health report showing your pet is up to date on shots. FYI - I will also have a LARGE studio available in Sterling November 1st for 575.00 a month 1 dog or 1 cat allowed. Smoking allowed ( I pay has, water, garbage ; tenant pays electric )
