Dual pane insulated windows throughout home increase energy efficiency. City water and septic make the perfect combination to always have great water with a low water bill (no sewer bill). This home is capable of cable/internet/phone service through a local provider. Limited showings will be available once the home is complete (late June). Applications are currently being accepted.
