I’ve lived here for two years. Neighborhood is quiet. I’ve done some improvements but limited to money so couldn’t do much! But it is livable. I’m honestly moving because I have 5 dogs and they are making me get rid of two in order to live in the city. So I’m moving. I’ve replaced the countertops but the cabinets could be redone or replaced. I’ve replaced the water lines. And sewage line. And fenced in the back yard. I have all the things to redo the bathroom just haven’t had time. It’s a fixer upper but overall a great house.
