First of all...House wont be available until April 1 2021. Middle of March at the earliest. Im moving to North Carolina and looking to rent my house out. Im still finishing up some painting and some finishing touches throughout. As far as the lawn maintenance goes you would be in charge of that also. In the shed im leaving a push mower, leaf blower, and a edge trimmer. Ill most likely pay someone once a year to come out near the beginning of summer to pressure wash the deck. And someone near the end of fall/early winter to clean the gutters.
