This is a great GATED neighborhood. NO MUD or PUD taxes!! Neighbors are friendly with plenty of kids. The community has an active HOA that help keep things running smooth without being overbearing. The commmunity pool is well kept and has a lifeguard on duty, a nice bonus. The duck pond is a great place for neighborhood gathering. We have a few organized garage sales each year and a monthly news letter with useful neighborhood info like babysitters, and handy man recommendations along with a local restrauant review!!
