There are two walk-in closets. Renter can have use of a garage for a bicycle . There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has refrigerator and stove and great storage units. There is a shared laundry room and shared outside deck. Living room is 15' x 13' and bedroom is 10' x 10' The apartment is walking distance to the beach.. approximately 1/2 mile. There is no smoking permitted. The apartment is for one person only. Renter pays for electric and gas. The first months rent and security deposit to be paid at signing. Guests staying over 15 days without the written consent of owner shall be considered a breach of this agreement. No others shall occupy the apartment for more than 15 days . Resident shall pay $300 per month additionally for guest in excess of 15 days. Acceptance of additional rent or approval of a guest shall not waive any requirement of this agreement nor convert the status of any "guest" into a resident. Resident must provide a copy of renters insurance upon move in. There is also a House rules form that needs to be signed.
