Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant must be able to put the City water in their name prior to moving in. The City of Jackson requires a $300 deposit to do this. Pets are allowed with a non refundable pet deposit of $250.00 and extra $50 a month rent. We do NOT show the home without and approved application on file. We get too many inquiries that it would be impossible to show to everyone that asks.
