Inside the apartment, you see the spacious bathroom, then the eat-in kitchen with massive pantry. From the kitchen, there's a hallway with a large closet for clothing that leads into the main room. (Please see attached video tour - the apartment is beautiful but the layout is unusual!) Tenant pays gas and electric. We pay water and garbage. Coin laundry in the building. Off-street parking spaces. There is a convenience store on the other side of the block. NO smoking. NO pet cats/dogs/ferrets/rabbits. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adults to check references, background, and credit. All adults who would occupy the home must apply.
