All basic utilities included except electricity, phone, cable, and internet. Apartments are pre-wired for Lightcurve and Comcast broadband and cable. Apartment has electric heat. App-operated laundry facilities on-site. "Smoke-Free" policy applies to units, decks (if applicable), interior common spaces, and within 15 feet of any building entrance. Cats accepted--sorry, no dogs! All of our properties are "Crime Free Certified" by the City of Tacoma Police Department. Craigslist and other such sites are a great tool for searching apartments but unfortunately Craigslist is particularly subject to scams and none of these sites provide any feedback on a perspective rental company.
