Wood floors on main floor; newly carpeted (June 2024) bedrooms and basement. Wonderful large fenced front and back yards and gardens with synthetic turf that requires no care unless you have pets. Large back deck (new summer 2023) includes a gas grill. Note: Vegetable garden will not be active nor will the hot tub pictured (unless you pay a hot tub fee of $75/month). Carport and garage not included but driveway (for one car) and street parking available. All utilities included. Prefer full 6 months rental but may consider shorter periods. Well behaved small-medium sized dogs welcome upon approval. NO CATS. FYI: We have two Labradoodles who live with us when we're home; they are non-shedding and hypoallergenic.
