The kitchen has a one year old dishwasher and all granite countertops with a new fridge and new cabinets. There is a dining room in the middle of the apartment with two bedrooms off of it (queen mattresses or smaller). The front of the apartment has a living room and a small reading parlor. If you walk back to the kitchen and go up the stairs to the third floor (connected to this unit) you will find an attic with vinyl floor, which is considered bonus space for you to use. There are ring security cameras on the front of the house that connect to an app on your phone. There is one off-street parking spot. The front garden is xeri-scaped, as we try to be environmental. In the back, there is a deck for the lower unit but a covered bike port for everyone! This is a really beautiful apartment that we have called home for the past year. This neighborhood is friendly and diverse with a community of people who look out for each other and each day, shout hello from across the street. We are looking for a responsible tenant to occupy the space. We will ask for a one or two years' lease, first month's rent and a security deposit. We will check your credit and background and ask you to put down the first month's rent to secure the place. There is no smoking or vaping in the apartment or on the front porch of the lower (this porch is for the lower apartment). No pets allowed. We are co-owners of a very small property company in Buffalo that puts a lot of time and effort into keeping our places well tended. We truly love Buffalo and love both finding houses to maintain and improve and finding kind tenants.
