Grand Central Market, The Last Bookstore, Perch, and Bottega Louie are also within walking distance. Some main attractions within walking distance are The Broad, The Music Center, and The Walt Disney concert hall. Because this is Pershing Square, the metro is right outside of the front door. UTILITIES Trash, water, and gas are included. Electricity (LADWP) and internet are the tenant's responsibility. PETS: Pets are allowed with a deposit.
