Hi, this property is a house in Tampa Heights close to downtown! You can read the specs but it's a 3bed/2bath with yard (fenced) and garage. Commute wise you're close to the airport, downtown, Armature works, all the schools (UT, USF, and HCC)! Neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. You can sit on the porch and just watch the trees blow or rain flow. We do have feral cats that roam, so just be mindful. Parking can be in the driveway or street, but there is a fire hydrant out front so that can't be blocked by cars. For the important stuff: price posted includes water. The yard is landlord responsibility as well. For electricity, that is tenant responsibility. For pets, more than welcome to bring them provided they are house trained. Pet fee is one time fee of $100 per pet (no monthly adds). Don't smoke inside, outside is your oasis. Looking for 12 month lease, but open to 6 months depending (open to discussion). Lastly, option for partially to fully furnished is available for rent adjustment, please just let me know. Available start of October 2025. Until then, please do not bother current tenants.
