The villa has been an oceanfront vacation rental for decades, but I'm getting old for that act and I am transitioning the Beach Bungalow back into the annual rentals it was. I"eve moved back into my old home, the Palms villa, and an transitioning the Banana and Coconut villas step by step as my long time repeat guests run out their reservations.
It's an incredible location with a great direct ocean view from the master bedroom balcony and everything in this little beach town within walking distance, like the Boardwalk Bar & Grill which is like one block away.
The villa is 1455 sqft 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with a full garage with W/D and a private garden with an unground spa.
The published rental rate is unfurnished, but we're flexible.
