This unit is one of four in a very quiet building. All tenants are quiet and mature. Unit is renovated, with wood and tile floors, a washer/dryer, and nice gas stove. Fenced in backyard. Great for single professionals or a couple that doesn't need a ton of space. The landlord is awesome and very responsive and the neighbors are kind. The block gets very little traffic even though it is very close to the VMFA and Carytown. There is off street parking that we never use because there is so much available out front.
