This is Rosie, describing this super home. First, it's very neat and clean, spacious with living, dining, family rooms and 3 good sized bedrooms. Beyond that is a large screen porch that presents lots of opportunities to use differently than the house: reading without the summer pests, playing cards with friends, extended space during holidays and parties. The owner loved to set up complete Christmas displays. I think it's the perfect place for a nap! The kitchen has practically endless counters and cabinets, and 2 dining spaces: the larger dining room and the dinette at the front of the home. Perfect for breakfast with morning light. This is my favorite spot if I can't nibble off the table. The living and family rooms holds large furniture so there is no lack of comfortable seating. The master has a double closet and master bath with tub and shower. The park has a huge club hs pool,spa. Park is small pet friendly. Seller may help with short term financing.
