Great home for kids or multiple roommate situation. The place is large with a lot of great windows. It features a master bedroom with attached master bath and a walk in closet. Big rooms with tons of closet space. Open kitchen, dinning, and living room. The house also has a large 300sqft bonus room that I've counted as the 4th bedroom. There is a shared laundry with a high-end front load washer and dryer. This is a Duplex. This house is in an excellent location: it is close to DU, Porter Hospital, Swedish Medical Center, Craig Hospital, Charles Hay world school. Parks and great places to eat and drink are just a couple of blocks away. Approved dogs, with references, are great. I'm also ok with large breeds. No cats, Sorry. No pet fee or extra rent, just additional and refundable deposit. No tobacco smoking. I don't charge an application fee, but there is a credit check and background check. There is a charge for these checks if you want to apply. I try to minimize these costs as much as possible for those applying. I'm not a large management company, I only have one other property, so I can be pretty flexible and responsive. As landlords go, I'm pretty chill.
