Mountain bike or walk from the house to trails at nearby Shevlin Park ( 1 mi) or Phil's Trailhead (~2 mi) or shopping and restaurants at Northwest Crossing (~1 mi). Downtown is 3 miles away and it's only a 30 minute drive to summer fun at Mt. Bachelor. Details: Craftsman home with open floor plan and French doors opening to the back deck and front porch. Large living room with gas fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating area opens into full dining and kitchen area. Kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry room, office/guest room and playroom/guest room located downstairs. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully equipped. Office/guest room has a comfortable (platform bed with foam mattress) queen sofa couch. Playroom/guest room has a full size regular spring mattress sofa couch that is perfect as a kid room or a media room. Spacious upstairs includes king master bedroom with full bathroom (2 person shower and jet tub) and private deck, large queen bed room with private deck, and regular sized queen bedroom. Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower tub combo. The backyard is fully fenced and offers a furnished covered patio with outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and a lawn with a trampoline. This is a fully furnished sublet of our primary residence so although the space will be clean, neat, etc, there will be some personal items on the walls and in closets, pantry, etc. We invite non-smoking families and small groups to stay at our place, respecting all Bend guidelines and neighborly behavior. No guests or visitors beyond those who are registered, no parties, and all quiet by 10pm. Rent will be due for the entire length of stay (30 night minimum and 44 night max) and is due at time of reservation. Rent will be between $4500-$6600, depending on number of nights ($150/night). Dogs may be considered upon request for an additional $175 fee.
