Quiet hours shall be observed as follows: Monday Friday: 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Saturday Sunday: 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. 9. Violations and Enforcement 9.1 Consequences. Violations of any of the above rules may result in warnings, fines, or eviction, subject to applicable law. 10. Renters Insurance 10.1 Recommendation. Landlord strongly recommends that all tenants maintain renters insurance for personal property and liability protection.
