Tiny, very cute and comfortable attic apartment with heated flooring in bathroom and a tub/shower. Bright airy bedroom and kitchen with stove/oven, dual sink, microwave, disposal and refrigerator. As seen in the pictures, this attic apartment is above me and my wife. We're both retired and gone quite a bit but when we're here, we are pretty cool people. There is a laundry in the garage (which is where you access the upstairs) that we'll share with you. This house is in the back of the property which is almost an acre and very private and safe. The neighborhood consists of three streets with similar properties. We are next door to a small church so there is activity and music on Sundays. We are looking for a tenant that is safe and will not start a fire or get careless and fall down the stairs. We can discuss pets but unfortunately cannot accommodate children.
