This is a lease transfer rather than a sublet, so you would be signing a new lease directly with the landlord. The lease term runs from February 1st through June 30th, with the option to continue month to month after June if you'd like to stay longer. One month's rent is required as a security deposit. Water is included, while internet and hydro are paid by the tenant.The building has shared laundry on the same floor. Most units have in suite laundry, so there is typically little to no wait. Non reserved off street parking is available. Pets are allowed, including large dogs.
