And Covered parking provided along with a cement walkway to the porch. This place is far from perfect but is a dry warm or cool, clean place to live. To be honest the floors have an arch to them. That why it's cheap rent. Not like floors are not safe to walk on or anything crazy. Just have an arch to them. Been told you get use to it very quickly , it's not far from town at all. Kinda in a quiet little area. So they say. We have had no issues. Owners do not live on site. First months rent and deposit due before move in. Utilities to be paid by Renter. No smoking inside of any kind. Two occupants max. Small pet can be discussed but not preferred. Min Renters ins required. No more than two vehicles. Renter Must replace air and keep yard but can discuss.
