Very well built rental cabin. This was a custom build, not a spec. Great view and good privacy with the topography. Easy to get to off of Wears Valley Rd. It is doing well on the Volunteer Cabin Rental program. There is a water filter for the sulphur smell in the water that is serviced by King Pure Water with an average monthly cost of $240.00.
