Steps are steep so probably no young children or elderly - best situation is two younger roommates as there are two full baths! You may be able to share the yard next door with the tenants in the other apartment - negotiable. Laundry hookups only but for additional rent ($35) we could provide washer/dryer. Tenant pays for electric and water and trash
