Hello, My name is Andy and I manage this property. This is a nice well kept unit convenient to East Nashville, downtown and more. The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half bath. This property is located 10 minutes from down near a park and access quick access to Briley Parkway, I-24 and I-65. We love pets so bring them on. We do ask a $100 non-refundable pet fee with $50 a month for each animal below 35 pounds. If the animal is between 35-50 pounds the pet rent is $75. Animals above 50 pounds are $100 a month pet rent. No aggressive dog breeds according to insurance. Please do not call. Please push reply on this post. We like to ask each prospective resident 3 questions. Once these questions are answered, we set up an open showing. After the showing we set up a time to sign the lease and get a holding fee. We ask for the residents to earn three times the rent. We ask for a minimum credit score of 550 or a double deposit or an extra $250 a month in rent. We take criminal background on a case by case basis. No evictions allowed. Not approved for Section 8.
