Right out front is one of the most sand blessed beaches in the area. Two great surf breaks are located a 5 minute walk or paddle both north and south of the home! Enjoy the Grunion runs, fishing, surfing, boogie boarding and kayaking. This is a private community with limited beach access. You get to enjoy the privacy of beachfront living without the crowds.
