Thanks for the interest in our home for rent. You are welcome to drive by and see it from the outside, check out the neighborhood and check out the park a few blocks to the west. It is a quiet neighborhood near Shields St. and Horsetooth Rd. The back yard is shaded and private. The full unfinished basement provides a lot of storage area and there is a small storage shed in the backyard. There is a 2 car garage with opener and a place next to the garage to park an RV or Boat. There is a wood burning fireplace. WE ARE GOING TO SHOW THE HOUSE AS REQUESTED. Application forms will be available at that time or simply apply online through Zillow. As an extra precautionary measure please wear protective masks to keep everyone safe. We will show the home more often as needed, email me or check back here for details. I usually show the home to many people and collect applications from those who are seriously interested. I then sort through them looking for those who can demonstrate that they can and will meet the financial side of the agreement. I also look at which applicants are more likely to cause the least amount of wear and tear on the property because more people and pets usually means more wear and tear. I always check references. We don't charge an application fee but SERIOUS APPLICANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO APPLY THROUGH ZILLOW AND TO PAY A $29 FEE which is for background and credit checks. (That payment is good for applying to other properties on Zillow within 30 days.) I prefer to have renters who are a good fit for the house and for the neighborhood but I don't discriminate against anyone. Darrell Pozarnsky Tenant pays for all utilities and for trash removal. Tenant is required to pay for first months rent, last months rent, damage deposit, and $300 per pet deposit before moving in. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. We are looking for either a 12 month lease or a 15 month lease but we might consider a 3 month lease.
