Utilities and bi-weekly maid included. Just blocks from Trader Joe's/Gelsons and Hyperion's cafes and restaurants and walkable to Hillhurst and Vermont and even Atwater Village. But it is still secluded with a lovely private patio. Perfect size for a *single* tenant. Pets on a case by case basis. We are looking for at least 30 days. Our previous two tenants both initially rented for three months. Each ended up staying about three years.
