Previously on Zillow this home in our neighborhood and others of same sq footage have been estimated at $945k. For some reason recently Zillow listed as a "Condo" which it is not. I believe they have confused our Thistledown Ct. with Thistle Way in the same general neighborhood where there are in fact "Condo" type homes. Thanks, owner Bob Jacobsen
