    What's special

    Very large parcel of land with 20.25 acres, per recent survey, going from road to near center of seasonal creek. It has a small 2 bedroom home, with an additional room, just no closet, 1 bath room, and laundry room on the property, plus 3 sheds for storage. With all the additional land there is plenty of room for an ADU or new house. It is hard to find such a large parcel of land anywhere, especially all useable. It is mostly level with a gentle slope towards the seasonal creek, but able to be fenced for animals, and/or fruit trees, vineyard, garden. So close to small town of Campo. Must see!!!
