Very comfortable home, good for a family with elementary aged children. Neighborhood Description This is a very family oriented neighborhood. There are two parks within walking distance - one is two houses down from my home and the other is a block away. The elementary and middle schools are also within walking distance, about 10-15 minutes away. However, the schools are about five minutes away by car. There is also a school bus pickup just around the corner. There is a shopping complex with several restaurants, a Century 25 theater and other major stores. That is also within walking distance, about ten minutes away. The bus stops about two houses down from my home and there is a mini-bus depot right next to the shopping complex. There are two gas stations at that location and a Holiday Inn Express hotel.
