The neighborhood is known for our special events like porch, patio and deck parties and home tours. South Park boasts several "pocket parks" including one for dogs and one for kids. South Park Green hosts special events including summer theater performances, and it's a great place to watch 4th of July fireworks. $50/month discount is available for early rent payment (electronic funds transfer that clears at least 3 business days before rent is due on the 1st of the month.)
