Home is situated close to the water with a fairly easy walk to the water. What I love most about the house, is the spacious covered patio. Plenty of air circulation with 2 fans and 2 separate seating areas along with a table that seats 6 for those that love to eat and enjoy the outdoors. The home is very secluded with a neighbor on one side and woods on the other. Very quiet and peaceful. Neighborhood fairly small with great neighbors.
