There is parking right up to the back door for ease of moving & unloading groceries. Backyard is woodsy & quiet. High ceilings give it an open feel & tongue & groove pine, that extra charm. Laundry is included in rent. Utilities are an additional $250 per month, year round. Nice people & neighborhood! No smoking or pets please. Only suitable for 1 to 2 people. We are flexible on length of lease & how much we provide furnishings. That may affect cost per month however. The price that we have listed is our base price for a six month lease that includes all utilities, including Internet & television and laundry.
