It is still livable as we are still in it for the time being, but does need some work done. 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, smaller dining area, another room my grandmother used a sewing room I used as an office, has a wood burning fireplace with a blower. There is a shop/building needs work done to it as well another. There is also a pond on the property needs to be cleaned up at one time it did have fish and ducks in it.
