The building has solar panels which save you money on your electric bill. =) This unit will be ready mid-August The rent is $875 plus $119 for water, sewer and trash equals $994 a month that you pay us and then you would just pay electricity to the electric company. We only do 12-month leases. We allow pets up to 35 pounds at the full-grown weight. We allow 2 pets per unit. Pet fee ranges from $250-$400 We do not allow smoking inside the unit.
