I have been the second owner of this 1997 property for 17 years. Many improvements have been added to increase the value and save on utilities expenses. The crawl space is fully insulated and its perimeter drain tile feeds into a sump pump. A vapor barrier seals out the moisture. Contained in this crawl space is the prepared area for a tornado shelter that descends from the master bedroom closet. The exterior on three sides has 2 inches of additional rigid insulation attached doubling the R-value. New Masonite siding replaced the old vinyl siding. A sprinkler system waters the almost weed-free yard. Six mature trees are nice. The back deck is newly stained. The back yard overlooks a pasture. This back acreage is not to be sold anytime soon, per the owner. The topsoil garden is 12 x 24 feet. The attic has one thermostat-controlled exhaust fan to aid on hot summer days. There is one access to the attic via the garage. (Step ladder required). There is storage in the garage overhead. The garage floor is Epoxy-coated and easily cleans. All appliances come with the house. Linoleum is located in the two bathrooms and kitchen. The rest of the house is laminate flooring. This house has been pet free and smoke free for our stay since 2001. All concrete is in good clean condition. In 2011 we replaced the roof, gutters, heat pump and air filtration system and the entire ductwork system. This place is very neat and very clean.
