Above the bathroom is the other lofted lounge area. Home includes heat and A/C supplied by a mini-split system and filtered water throughout. Outside you can enjoy the patio, yard, and garden. The space is shared with the owners home, but there is room to grow food, and the gardening season is just right around the corner! Additionally there is a sauna and outdoor shower that you would be able to use.
