About the apartment: - Floorplan: "Chelsea B7" 1,094sqft - New/Modern build - 2nd floor - yes own parking spot - 2min WALK to Caltrain - 2-5min WALK to Murphy Street restaurants, Target, etc. - fitness center, pool, lounge, outdoor BBQ grills, all included About the room: - LARGE Master bedroom with attached bathroom and LARGE walk-in closet - corner unit so you have multiple windows that face North AND East. - $2100 rent + utilities - $300 security deposit (standard from the apartment complex) Please note that there is construction nearby but it has not been a problem for us and we have happy neighbors who have been here a while. Should not be a problem for most people but I wanted to call that out. Your roommate is a clean, quiet finance/tech professional in his 30s and enjoys tennis, browsing Sports Basement for deals, and runs to Costco. He's best paired with someone who is likewise considerate and financially responsible. see above
