Brand new flooring. Newer cabinets, countertops and windows with fresh paint and it's very clean. However, this is an older building so it's not perfect....it has character! Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. Tenant responsible for electric and internet. Absolutely no smoking inside building. No partying and NO drama! Front unit tenants are fantastic and we want to keep them happy so you must be quiet, clean, responsible and a great neighbor! We understand that it goes both ways so if you're a wonderful tenant looking for a wonderful landlord, we can provide references. One small pet possible with refundable $400 pet deposit.
