The private bedroom has a spacious closet. Right next to the room is a private bathroom as well. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom utility closet, so they are the only part shared. Since the property has 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms there is no overlap beyond the washer/dryer and kitchen. I do not use the living room, so feel free to do whatever you wish with it.
