Entertain with our open main floor including a fully stocked kitchen and full size dining table. Enjoy the outdoors without fear of bugs with the giant double decker screened in porch. Original cedar accents flank brand new remodeling in this gem of an A-Frame. There are TVs throughout the house and porch, as well as a tabletop pacman game system to entertain both young and old. The large master bath includes his and hers sinks and a combo bath shower. The Hangout dock is a 12X12 Dock in a shallow Cove of Lake Lanier. We have added cafe lighting from the house all the way down the deck, to allow day at night usage. The water in the cove is quite murky, so we would not recommend swimming in it. Best uses would be taking the Kayaks out for a spin, fishing (we provide a few fishing poles and tackle box), or just relaxing with friends (4 Adirondack chairs live on the deck).
