Hello there! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a casita that has it's own bathroom. We have 3 people and a dog living in the house and are looking for a fourth/fifth housemate for the Casita. We are looking for someone to move-in in December and stay until our lease ends July 1st, 2021. Casita: The Casita has a private entrance separate from the house and its own bathroom. There is a mini-fridge, freezer, stove top and sink area. Floors are carpet. It is not connected to the central heating/ac unit in the house. A couple shared this space comfortably in the past. The House: The main house has primarily wood flooring with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are two stories to the house. The common areas are downstairs (dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom), and the 3 bedrooms + washer/dryer are upstairs. The kitchen has a center island, two sinks, 6 stoves, and 2 ovens. Common areas are furnished. Lastly, we have up to 6 parking spots available between the ally and the side of the house. Additional parking is usually pretty easy to find on the street as well. If you are interested, we can set up a time to give you a tour of the place and meet. We will also ask to see a social media account prior to moving in and will be happy to share ours as well.
