Termination of License Owner may terminate this Agreement immediately for: Non-payment Rule violations Misrepresentation Illegal or disruptive activity Upon termination, Guest agrees to vacate immediately and relinquish access. 10. No Residency / No Address Use Guest may not: Use the Premises as a legal residence Receive mail or packages Register the address for licensing, voting, school enrollment, or employment Any attempt constitutes a material breach. 11. Cleaning Fee Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $ Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 12. Pet Policy (If Applicable) Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and payment of applicable fees. Unauthorized pets are grounds for immediate termination. 13. Limitation of Liability Guest assumes all risk associated with occupancy. Owner is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or acts of third parties. 15.
